Hibbs Consulting Group, Ltd. is the only third generation Human Resources Consulting Firm in the world. Hibbs Consulting originated in the early 1940's as Ray E. Hibbs and Associates.

Ray E. Hibbs consulted for more than 30 years in a variety of Human Resources disciplines, with a primary focus on Job Anaysis and Valuation. He was the author of three books.

Ray S. Hibbs took the torch from his father in the late 1970's and started the second iteration of Hibbs Consulting with a primary focus on Executive level Recruitment.

Today, Stephen Hibbs, Ray S. Hibbs' son, is carrying on the family tradition with the third iteration of Hibbs Consulting Group, Ltd.

Steve has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience working in leadership and executive roles, having worked for four Fortune 500 companies in progressively more responsible HR Leadership positions.

In addition, Steve is a licensed Attorney in Minnesota and, amongst other things, focuses on Employment Law, Criminal Defense, Appeals & Wrongful Terminations .
